His initial estimate by email was accurate, he was able to come out right away to measure and provide a final estimate, and then they arrived and motorized shades were installed quickly. He was friendly and professional the entire time. The shades are fantastic, they're motorized and operated by remote and are quiet and exactly what I wanted. Since they're so high up, he even made a recommendation to use a rechargeable battery and ran the cord down the side so the plug rests, hidden from view, on the sill, so instead of climbing 20' in the air to charge them I only have to get up about 10'. And his pricing was fantastic. The only way I could have beat it would have been to order some online during a Memorial Day sale and install them myself.”

Chris is available immediately by cell phone; he calls before coming and calls when he leaves. Provides up to date progress information on the job and how it is coming along.
